OUR STRATEGY


The investment strategy is resolutely « multi-product » : light-industrial, small and mid-size warehouses, office, retail, etc.

In Paris region and outside Paris.

The targeted operations are all potentially value-creating, either over time (restructuring, unit by unit sales) or immediately (improvement of the vacancy rate).

JESMA Real Estate invests directly or through partnerships in which it remains the majoritary shareholder.

Which enables us to purchase both single assets (from 1 to 10 million euros) and portfolios (up to 25 million euros.)

The acquired asset management is externalized and entrusted to the ARCADE Asset Management company.
